Because I Have Been Given Much...

So I have been reading a few of your blogs about what you are thankful for and it has reminded me that this is the best time to reflect on the things that I am thankful for.

**I am so thankful for Chantry. I am so in love with him and am so thankful that he provides for our family. He is such a great dad too. It is so fun to watch him and Channer play and spend time together. I love that when Chantry gets home that Channer becomes his shadow.

**I am so thankful for Channer. I never knew I could love this much. He is my little everything. He is sooo much fun and he reminds me how sweet and innocent a child is.
**I am thankful for my mom. I think often about the trials she went through as a young child and am amazed of how strong she really is.
**I am thankful for a dad who always provided for our family. My dad reminds me often that it does not matter how old you get, you never have to grow up. :)
**I am thankful for a wonderful mother-in-law. She is such a great grandma and mom. Channer absolutely adores her.
**I am thankful for a great father-in-law. I love watching what a great dad he is to Chantry and he is such a great grandpa. I see so many qualities in Chantry that he must have gotten from his dad. I love that he has a great bond with his children and grandchildren.
**I am extremly greatful for brothers and sisters. Each one of them have played a very important role in my life and I love them for that. I am thankful that they are my best friends. I am thankful that all of my siblings are married to wonderful people. I am thankful that they are all great parents and are raising wonderful kids.
**I am thankful for all of my in-laws. I have the BEST sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law ever. I am lucky to have married into such a great family.
**I am so thankful for my nieces and nephews. I love ALL of them.
**I am so thankful for all my friends, especially my friend Tawnya. I would have never made it through this past year without her. She is always there for me, even if I just need to vent. She also is good to my little boy!! I am also thankful for many of my other great friends...thanks for being there.
**I am grateful for Christ. I have not been very active for a while now, but somehow I still have a testimony of Christ.
**I am so thankful for the power of prayer. My prayers are probably answered way more than I deserve.
**I am of course thankful for a place to live, warm bed, food on the table, and clothes on my back.
**I am so thankful for my health and my family's health. All in all our family is very healthy. My brother-in-law Tom is in remission right now and we are so thankful for that. This also makes me so thankful for my sight, hearing, and the ability to smell.
**I am thankful for music. I love music and truly find a lot of my testimony through songs and hymns. I love to hear Channer sing too :)
**I am thankful for technology and the fact that I am able to see this unborn little boy of mine so well.
There are so many other things I am grateful for, but I dont think my blog would have enough room on it...so I will just name a few. Love you all.
Yesterday I finally went and got my hair cut for the first time in forever. I wanted to go a little darker for winter. I tried to take a picture of myself, so it is kind of funny, and Channer kept poking his head in. He is too funny. I know these pictures show my double chin, but I cant help that. I had that double chin even when I weighed barely 100 pounds, so oh well.

The other day Channer went and took all the dirty clothes out of this one basket and climbed in. I got some funny pictures. I decided that he needs a playhut from Santa this year. Hope he has been good enough ;)

TWILIGHT

Photobucket
So I finally got to go to Twilight last night and of course loved it!! Chantry was a good sport and came with me and he said it actually was not too bad. There was not a whole lot that was different from the book, of course no movie will ever be as good as the book though. I was really worried that going to see the movie would ruin my good image of the book, but it kept up pretty good. In the previews I thought Edward was so ugly...he was not the Edward I had in my mind, but by the end of the movie, he grew on me. Bella was almost exactly how I had imagined her, in fact most of the charachters were. Kind of funny! It was kind of funny, because before they started the movie one of the movie workers came in and warned people to not scream and shout when Edward came on the screen. They still were though a little. If you go to see the movie, I would suggest reading all four books, because some of the things that made me laugh, were only because I knew what happened in the next book. Chantry was lost a few times of why everyone was laughing. Anyway, overall it was exactly what I though it would be!

On another note, not a lot has been going on here. We are just sooo excited for Thanksgiving and getting to see everyone.

It's A BOY!!!

I had my ultrasound yesterday and am so excited to tell you that I am having another little boy. It will be sooo fun to have two boys so close in age. I hope they become best friends. I had a feeling it was a boy too, I just kept imagining myself with two little boys. My ultrasound went great and we got a lot of cute pics of the little guy. I got the cutest video too, but it wont let me load it for some reason. Anyway here are some pics of the new little boy.

Can you see them cute little boy parts. I thought the picture above showed that it is no doubt a boy!
My favorite part of the ultrasound is the feet, so I wanted to get lost of pics of the feet, but he kept hiding them...but this one is pretty cute.

Look how little and scawny his legs look at this age. It is crazy what a difference a few weeks makes. I was 20 weeks when I found out with Channer and everything was sooo clear. I wish I would have waited a couple more weeks, but I was too excited.

Okay the 3-D image of his head kind of freaked me out, cause I think it looks like an alien, but thought I would share it anyway. It is amazing that they can capture things so well now days.

I like the full body images.

D0n't know why, but this is my very favorite picture that they got. I just love how he has his arms over his face. He looks so relaxed....and you can see his belly!

Well I just have to say that I love ultrasounds...I still find it absolutely amazing every time. I love seeing that heart beat and I really wish the video worked cause there was one of him practicing his breathing techniques, which the radiologist said they do not see that very often this early in a pregnancy. His little lungs were going up and down, I thought that was amazing. Can you tell, I am already extremely in love with this little baby.

Halloween and Weekend in Antimony!

Channer had a super fun Halloween. He dressed up as a monkey and I will have to say he was the cutest monkey I have ever seen.

Chantry got off of work in time to enjoy Halloween with us. We went to the Halloween Carnivals at the car dealerships, which Channer loved. He mostly just wanted to look at all the other people dressed up. He had fun playing all the games and getting prizes too.
I was going to dress up with Channer, but the day went by way too fast and I had a lot of work to do that day, so I did not dig all the costumes out of the storage shed.

Channer sure got a lot of candy, especially after we went over and saw his Grandpa.

On Saturday we went to Antimony to spend some time with the family. We had so much fun. I dont know where the time went though. During the day on Saturday we just played card games, put together a puzzle, and visited...ohh and of course we ate way too much food.

Sunday was Charlee's blessing. It was a great day. It had been a long time since I had been to church and I think I needed to feel the spirit a little. I really need to work on going to church. It something I really enjoy, so I dont know why it is so hard for me. Anyway, Charlee was blessed by her Grandpa Charlie and he did a great job. It was, of course testimony meeting too, so most of Chantry's family bore their testmonies. It was a great meeting. After church, Marcia had a lunch at her house. It was fun to visit with everyone and of course there was great food.

Isn't Charlee beautiful?? She looked so pretty in her dress. She is such a good baby too. Lucky Chace and Stachia.

The two great-grandmas with Charlee.

Thanks Marcia for letting us stay at your house and for all the great food you prepared. We had a great weekend, just made me even more excited for Thanksgiving to spend more time together.
