I probably should have blogged about each month during the summer, because now this is going to be a HUGE blog post, but it what we have been up to this summer.
We made a summer bucket list. We completed most of it, but not all, summer just got away from us, but we sure did have a great time. Not everything I am blogging about on here is from the bucket list--I am just trying to catch up.
Our summer bucket list looked like this:
Play at every park in Cedar/Enoch. We did not get enough time to do parks near enough this summer, but we did make it to 4 different parks. I guess that one will have to be on our bucket list next summer to finish up.
Sumnmer bucket list-Play in the ditch at Canyon Park-
We went and got shaved ice after we played at the park and the kids were so naughty. When I got home, I found out they had been putting their shaved ice on Randi's head. I told them we would not be going to get shaved ice again. Channer wrote me this note the next morning.....
Summer Bucket List-Go to Kolob Canyon....It was so beautiful up there. We just did a couple hikes.
Everybody needs a backwards helmet to wear around the house...right??
We have been having a great time camping up at Uintah Flat. We had never camped there before and now have camped there the last two weekends in a row and I honestly would not mind another trip there before summer is over. It is close to Duck Creek (one of our very favorite places), so we enjoy going over there and having lunch and walking through the shops. We got there late Friday and went for a night ride and the kids just had to sit in the little Razor, which I really want to buy them.....
Week #2 at Uintah Flats...
Randilyn's fits are out of control lately. She lies on the floor and throws the biggest tantrums. I gave in the first 500 times, but now I take pictures and ignore here (I know grandma is feeling really bad for her right now, but I am not). I liked this particular day when she put on the fairy wings Aunt Chan bought her and laid by my computer and cried cause I would not let her run around with dad's screwdriver.
